We offer construction services specialized in offices and corporate headquarters. Our clients range from start-ups and SMEs to multinational companies. We operate throughout Spain, with a focus on cities such as Barcelona, Madrid, and Sant Cugat.

Our process begins with a personalized initial briefing based on the client's needs, followed by the property search. We collaborate with real estate professionals, investors, and our own clients to find suitable properties. We analyze the properties, present budgets, and provide comparative plans to assist in decision-making.

Once the property is selected, we prepare a final budget that includes the complete project, including architecture, engineering, and construction services. We handle the process of obtaining the necessary construction permits, and then commence the work, which includes demolitions, dismantling, flooring, ceilings, walls, plasterboard, partition walls for offices and meeting rooms, electrical, HVAC, data installations, fire detection and suppression systems, and more.

The final phase of the project involves delivering custom-made furniture or furniture from specialized manufacturers. Additionally, we take care of relocation services, vinyl installations, and final cleaning before handing over the completed space to the client.
